1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ReacMoji iOS app ("the app", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using ReacMoji, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What ReacMoji does

ReacMoji is an on‑device video tool: it lets you record a face‑cam "reaction" — your camera and microphone — over a video you supply, either a clip from your Photos library or a direct video link you paste in, and then trim and mix the result before saving or sharing it. ReacMoji does not host, stream, index, or distribute any video content itself.

3. License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use ReacMoji on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non‑commercial use, subject to these Terms and to Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement. You may not reverse‑engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app itself.

4. Your content and your responsibility

Anything you record, react to, trim, or export with ReacMoji — including any video you paste a link to or pick from your library, and the reaction recording that results — is your content, and you are solely responsible for it. In particular, you agree that:

• You will only react to, record, save, or share videos you own or have the legal right to use in this way, and you will respect the copyright, trademark, and privacy rights of others.
• ReacMoji does not review, moderate, or take responsibility for the source videos you supply a link to, nor for anything you create with the app.
• Any sharing, publishing, or distribution of a video you make with ReacMoji — including to social platforms — is between you and that platform, and is subject to that platform's own terms and to the rights of the original content's owner.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ReacMoji to create, store, or share content that:

• Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
• Is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or violates another person's privacy or publicity rights;
• You do not have the legal right to record, react to, or distribute.

6. Video links you provide

When you paste a direct video link into ReacMoji, the app simply asks your device to play that URL — the same way a web browser would. We do not control, vet, or store the content at that address. You are responsible for making sure the links you provide are lawful and that you have the right to view and react to them.

7. Intellectual property

The ReacMoji app itself — its design, code, icon, and branding — is owned by its developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what is needed to refer to the app by name.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

ReacMoji is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that any particular video link will play correctly, since that depends on the source you point it at and on your device and network.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, ReacMoji — including any loss of a recording that failed to export or save.

10. Termination

You may stop using ReacMoji at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the app, or these Terms, at our discretion — for example, if a future version of the app changes how a feature works.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use ReacMoji after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
